Using this Website

These are the terms ("Agreement") that govern the use of the InkOfViolet website ("Website" or "Platform").

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this Website.

1. The InkOfViolet Website and Cards Platform is in no way affiliated with Twitch Interactive. The Platform uses a custom Twitch Point Reward developed, following Twitch's terms and guidelines, using the Twitch API. It is intended solely to help encourage engagement and exhibit Violet's artwork for free, in a fun, interactive way. It is not a paid for game nor does it, or any of its content associated to a user's collection hold or represent any monetary value. We do not use or store any sensitive data or authentication, beyond your Twitch username and Twitch ID.

2. By using the InkOfViolet Cards Platform and its commands in Twitch Chat, you understand and accept that;

2.1. There is no monetary value to Channel Points, Cards, Gems, Teabo items or any other digital content represented on the InkOfViolet Platform.
2.2. Collecting Cards or Teabo items within your collection does not reflect that you have "ownership" of them or their artwork.
2.3. You can delete your collection and all data associated with your InkOfViolet collection, using the command !deleteme. In case you do not have access to the !deleteme command, you can also request that your data be deleted by contacting us through our contact form.
2.4. When deleting your collection, this is a permanent action that cannot be undone and we will not be liable for any loss of InkOfViolet collection data, even if it was due to an accident or by a third party using your collection.
2.5. We reserve the right to delete any collection associated to the InkOfViolet Platform for any reason.
2.6. You may not use automated scripts or bots to create collections or generate digital assets such as Cards, Teabo items or Gems.
2.7. You may not use automated means to scrape data from this site or use any of its APIs for use in any third party system.
2.8. You may not download artwork, files or scripts with the intent to reupload, print or share without permission.
2.9. We accept no liability for any downtime, delay, or loss of data associated to the InkOfViolet Platform.
2.10. When using any of the Twitch services embedded on this Website, you agree to their Terms of Service.
2.11. By tipping using any third party service, such as Ko-Fi or PayPal, you understand that there are no refunds and agree to their Terms of Service.

3. In addition to other terms as set forth in the Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Website and Services or Content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Website and Services, third party products and services, or the Internet; (h) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (i) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (j) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Website and Services, third party products and services, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Website and Services for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Respecting Your Data

5. The InkOfViolet Website and Platform abides by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

5.1. We will always force the use of HTTPS using an SSL certificate for your protection.
5.2. We do not use Cookies to store or track any of your data. We may use your browsers local storage for small parts of the Platform that is integral to its functionality.
5.3. We do not collect or use any sensitive data for the use of your collection (such as real names, passwords or emails). We use your non-sensitive Twitch username (handle) and its associated ID, via and in accordance with the Twitch API terms and conditions.
5.4. When using the contact form, your message is emailed directly to us, it is not stored on our Website.
5.5. When using the contact form, your message will be used as private communication between you and us. It may be used by professional advisors (such as lawyers), law enforcement agencies, courts, tribunals and regulatory bodies, in which case the recipient of the information will be bound by confidentiality obligations.
5.6. We securely embed a Twitch Chat for the use of commands within the InkOfViolet channel only. Using an embedded Twitch Chat prevents the need of any authentication and secure sessions of transferring sensitive data.
5.7. You are free to delete your collection and all data associated with it, as per the above.
5.8. When using any of the Twitch services embedded on this Website, you agree to their Privacy Policy.
5.9. By tipping using any third party service, such as Ko-Fi or PayPal, you agree to their Privacy Policy.
5.10. We use the privacy-focused analytics service Fathom to provide us with anonymous statistics to help us make the website more accessible for everyone.
